Raga Conference: My Research Paper Published

Decades of research show unequivocally that men and women are equal in general intelligence (IQ), but that isn't the case when it comes to emotional intelligence (EQ).Trying to compare intelligence and gender doesn’t typically yield much in the way of productive discussion, but sometimes research comes along that makes opening this particular can of worms worth it.

Gender equality is not only a fundamental human right, but a necessary foundation for a peaceful, prosperous and sustainable world. There has been progress over the last decades and laws are being reformed to advance gender equality.

It feels so great when your research is acknowledged. One of the memorable scenes was when the Professor said that to empower women to take up leadership roles, my presentation video would get broadcasted around the network.

In a multitude of environments, including civil aviation, where there are major gender disparities in several occupations, advancement for women in the workforce of employment has been slow. The industry's rapid growth offers the opportunity for a comprehensive and positive framework for gender equality.

However, a bunch of problems needs to be addressed if the future of women in civil aviation is not just to uphold the discriminatory practices of the past. This working paper is just a first step in resolving some of these concerns and explores the aviation industry's prospects for fixing them. It has been shown that the practice of binding thoughts to paper eliminates worries and contemplation and increases the capacity to specifically focus.

The primary goal, along with authentic reports and data, is to examine and spotlight women in aviation. Challenges faced by women in a male-dominated career

Society is the mirror of what we are, what is our lifestyle, what is our thoughts and perspectives, what we thought about each other, etc. To carry a society at a free and bigger level, there are certain rules and regulations to follow. And, there are certain barriers and restrictions. But, we all know that Gender-discrimination is the biggest stereotype in our society where a woman has to face every challenge and she has to step out from every career-related race.

Let me show you the glimpse of presenting the presentation. It was such a mesmerizing project to draw-up my perspective toward sustainable development for the advancement in the male-dominated career fields.

They gain a more sophisticated sense of self-awareness and an understanding of others as children grow. To address the requirements of others, volunteers must set their best foot. All through the course, kids who do so can also continue to respect and appreciate themselves.

Access as children and adolescents to productive community programs can help promote lifelong compassion, understanding and equality to cultivate healthy and vibrant communities.

    Women In Aviation

In a sector that has historically been male-dominated, such women-friendly prospects and a supportive community have prompted a very heartening shift in gender equality. Other sectors should recommend taking a leaf out of the aviation industry and safeguarding fair treatment policies for everyone.

India, for example, has the largest female pilots in the world, but on the other hand, due to a lot of difficulties, it is increasingly growing slowly.

To demonstrate the role of women in aviation, there are several reports published in the paper. In aviation, there are many issues facing women, including inequality, as well as misconceptions about the interests and abilities of women. And, recognize how all these problems are solved by women and organizations together.

    Concluding Thoughts

The paper is the cornerstone of an extraordinary combination of overall corporate contributions and along with sources, has been collected from knowledge and data.

Governments, workers, employers, and leaders, all have a pivotal function to play in making, supporting, and enforcing policy decisions that promote gender equality. These considerations would depend on changing conditions since an ever-changing goal is an equality between men and women.

It discovers tremendous success in job opportunities, female profession cycles and problems in the sector from a sector-specific gender lens. It also explores ways to encourage the growth of gender equality. I believe this will attempt to stimulate debates on the promotion of diversity and the growth and selection of women in a male-dominated profession.

Yes, it is the fact of our society, women are under-represented in decision-making positions at work.

And, 19% of women are leading 30% of all businesses, this tends to be concentrated in micro and small enterprises. Only 5% of CEOs of the world's largest corporations are women. There is still much more to be done. Don't wait for the crisis, let's all together appreciate this and create a society where equality rules.
