Tribe Behind Every Confident Woman

Tribe Behind Every Confident Woman

We all have heard of the famous dictate that got me thinking over these classic words of wisdom, ‘behind every successful man there is a woman’. But then, who are the supporters and speed-breakers behind successful women today? So, as the wheels of our prosperity have changed, the moment has arrived to grant this statement a fresh take. I strongly believe that “Behind every successful woman, there is a tribe who wants to see her accomplished and motivate her at any cost.”

Let me introduce to the tribe of her supporters, experiences, past, and hell lot of emotions:

Behind every professional confident woman is a past. Most probably it was a tough background that she had to step through and slog through and nail through inch by inch and day-by-day. It was a life that pulled her back but didn't keep her away. It was a past that shattered her down but also enabled her to breakthrough. It was an experience that triggered her pain but did not smash her apart.

Behind every professional confident woman is a series of failures. Usually a pretty lengthy list of instances she ended abruptly in her head but had to face the consequences she had run into difficulties of.

Behind every professional confident woman is a voice. A voice of stories from her past, her present, as well as her own brain telling her that she's not the one and that she certainly shouldn't even make sense. She's never going to make it. She's never going to be more than enough.

Behind every professional confident woman are eyes. Eyes stream her every switch, see if she's going to reach the top or beat every stone as she falls and flounders and dives down to the bottom of the mud. Sights focused out to duplicate and demonize her and brought her head down.

Behind every professional confident woman is the woman she used to be. The one who was frightened and concerned. The one who worried about what someone imagined and tried to protect the public again and again. The one who burst into tears out alone in the shadows. The one who was trying to crush her head back in the sand.

Behind every professional confident woman is a fire. And a fantasy. And dedication. And enthusiasm. And willpower. And a hope to accomplish this thing through until the very end. Quitting may traverse her mind, but she's not going to let her stay in her soul.

Behind every professional confident woman is a tribe. A family of other women who can choose to stay competitive, but rather take a different, right alternative of a collaborative effort. A tribal group of other women who not only don't handle her crown but also fold to pick it up and dust it off when it's gone. A family of other women who refuse to be annoyed. Who refuses to start comparing it.

Behind every professional confident woman is a modern father who refused to listen to the ideals and beliefs of society and let her portray her aspirations in vivid shades.

Behind every professional confident woman is a patient mother who tried to calm her tantrums and advised her to continue battling her struggles.

Behind every professional confident woman is an idealistic brother who undercover solves her troubles and teaches her to be self-sufficient.

Behind every professional confident woman is a caring partner who has resorted to all her demands and assisted her to get there.

Behind every professional confident woman is a bunch of friends who enabled her through dense and stiff, and made her solid inside.

Behind every professional confident woman is a God who knows the initiatives he's had for herself from the very start. A God who keeps her in his own arms and praises her from Paradise. A God who adored her before she was birthed, and had ideas for her before she even began taking her first inhale. She was important to him before the womb. She was important to him in the womb. And she surely matters to him right now.

My Concluding Thoughts

This is the heritage that shaped you into who you are. Here's a list of mistakes that have motivated you to do your best. Here are the voices you've heard to remain quiet. Here are the eyes that you've grown to shake off. Here's the woman you used to be. She has taken you to this very town.

Here’s to the fire that won’t let you quit. Here's the tribe that constructs you up in positive and negative ways every single day. This is the God who directs the stars to sparkle and still adores you even more. Here you are, every professional, confident woman. Keep it blazing strong. The community requires who you really are, whatever you have, and what you're doing to make this world a little happier.
